How to Open Adf.ly Blocked Links in India

You know what is Adf.ly. It is a URL Shortener service which pays for every visit your URL gets. It became so popular in only few days and everyone in the world started to use it to earn some decent bucks. But unfortunately it is blocked in India and some other countries. If you are living in india, you may be familiar with this problem because nowadays most of the outgoing download links are from adf.ly. Anyway it is not at all a problem now. I figured out something which allows you to open the links.

Just ad v2 in front of adf.ly (v2.adf.ly/xxxx)

Now go to v2.adf.ly and continue your service.

When I first created my Must-Have Android list two years ago, the Android Market was still playing catch up to the Apple's App Store. Now, a renamed and revamped, Google Play offers more apps than Apple. Developers are increasingly launching new apps on Android first and then porting them to iPhone. Clearly, a lot has changed. So has my list of essential applications.

A few disclaimers before we get into the list. First, these are *essential* downloads. If you want the 10 Best Android Apps, we have a list for that as well. These are my picks for the *first* 10 apps you should download. And yes, I had to leave some really great apps off the list.

I talked to lot of the guys in labs about these picks, but I should be clear my opinions are sometimes different from the analysts. I would have probably made SnapSeed an Editors' Choice, but Jeff Wilson has some reservations. This is my personal list so it shows some of my idiosyncrasies.

For example, when I think of "essential apps," I don't think games. Angry Birds and Temple Run 2 are fantastic time killers, but you already know that. They will get a million downloads whether I list them here or not.

I've also chosen not to include what I consider no-brainer Google apps, such as Google Maps. As far as I'm concerned, Google Maps is a gimme. If you are an Android user, you should already have it installed. And, this goes for the native Gmail client as well. Google+ and Google Music are neat apps, but they have a way to go before I would call them essential. And while I love the new Google Chrome Beta for Android, it isn't available on enough devices for me to recommend. that are as follows:-

Indian college boy hacks ICSE, ISC, CBSE result database..

                                                                                 India, June 6 -- A 20-year-old Cornell University student hacked into the ICSE, ISC results on May 17, the day they were announced, and has claimed to have exposed how the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations tinkered with the marks of its two lakh students by inflating scores to 'improve' overall performance.

Debargho Das, a student of computer science at the Ivy League college, is currently interning with Google USA. He passed his ISC exam from La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata, in 2011. He reportedly hacked into the council's website on the request of some juniors of his alma mater to help them access the results before they were out.

"He downloaded the results of ICSE, ISC schools across India. He also ran analytics on the data and compiled graphs to show overall performance of students. While he was doing this purely to pass his time, he was shocked to realise that the data revealed that the council had inflated marks and standardised them," said a former classmate who is currently studying in St Xavier's Mumbai.

Asked if hacking the council's website was unethical, Das' friend, who didn't want to be identified, said, "Both Debargho and I agree it is ethically wrong. But how can the council have such poor security for its server? We have mathematical calculations of the entire original results data to show how the council has been tampering with the marks of students at a time when students are denied admission in top colleges for a fraction of marks. The council has to answer its students."

Das reportedly also hacked into the CBSE class 12 results, but is yet to analyse the data.

The council's chief executive and secretary Jerry Arathoon could not be reached for comment despite repeated attempts.
